150 × 150 mm R6 koperen gietvormbuis
The 150 × 150 mm copper gietvorm buis is manufactured for continugieten van knuppels machines requiring a square 150 mm gietvorm section. The R6 configuration provides a 6000 mm radius corresponding to the gietmachine geometry.
The overall buis dimensions, internal profile and conus are produced according to the op maater's gietvorm design and technical drawing. The buis can be manufactured from Cu-DHP, CuAg or CuCrZr copper, with a 0.08–0.12 mm hard chrome plated inner surface according to the required specification.

Cu-DHP Copper
Cu-DHP is available for standard continugieten applications where good thermal conductivity and reliable gietvorm performance are required.
CuAg Copper
CuAg is selected for applications requiring improved thermal stability and resistance to softening at elevated operating temperatures.
CuCrZr Copper
CuCrZr provides higher mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and suits demanding continugieten conditions.
Hard Chrome Plated R6 koperen gietvormbuis
The working surface of the gietvorm buis is finished with hard chrome plating of 0.08–0.12 mm. The chrome-plated surface improves the wear resistance of the internal working surface and provides a durable surface for continugieten operation.
The final plating specification can be adjusted according to the op maater's technical requirements.
