Copper Mould Water Jacket
The mould water jacket is a key part of the continuous casting mould cooling system. It surrounds the copper mould tube and provides a controlled water-cooling space around the mould. We manufacture water jackets for billet casters according to the copper mould tube dimensions, caster radius, cooling requirements and customer drawings.

The water jacket is designed around the copper mould tube to form the required cooling chamber. Depending on the mould design it includes:

Manufactured for different square billet sections: 100 × 100, 130 × 130, 150 × 150 mm, other square sections and customized rectangular sections. Internal and external dimensions follow the customer's existing mould assembly.
